Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or reserving a puppy from Sassy Shoodles. By proceeding with an enquiry, deposit, or purchase, you agree to the following terms.
Deposits & Reservations
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy from a current or upcoming litter. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of reservation and is deducted from the final purchase price. Deposits secure your place in the queue but do not guarantee a specific puppy until formal selection has been made.
Purchase Price & Payment
The full purchase price is due prior to the puppy leaving our care. Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of sale. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change for future litters without notice.
Health Guarantee
All puppies leave Sassy Shoodles with a veterinary health check, up-to-date vaccinations, microchipping, and a health record. We provide a 72-hour health guarantee from the date of collection or delivery. We strongly recommend a vet check within this period. Our health guarantee does not cover conditions arising from environmental factors, neglect, or injury after the puppy leaves our care.
Breeding Rights
All puppies are sold as pets on a limited register unless otherwise agreed in writing. Breeding rights are not included in the standard purchase price and must be negotiated separately prior to sale.
Puppy Care & Responsibility
By purchasing a puppy from Sassy Shoodles, you agree to provide a loving, safe, and appropriate home. You agree to keep the puppy up to date with vaccinations, veterinary care, and grooming. You agree not to resell or rehome the puppy without first contacting us, as we reserve the right to take the puppy back rather than have it rehomed to an unknown party.
Waitlist
Joining our waitlist does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of a puppy. Waitlist members will be contacted in order when puppies become available. We reserve the right to manage waitlist placement at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Sassy Shoodles is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising after the puppy has left our care. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid. The estimated adult size is based on breeding charts made by breeders for breeders and data from previous litters, it is not an exact science. The adult weight is also subject to diet and exercise in their new home, therefore the adult weight is an estimate and not a guarantee.
